Ingredients
- 1/4 snipped chives
- 4 tb lime juice
- 1/2 c onion (finely chopped)
- 3 teaspoons pepper (hot)
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 ts sugar
- 1 tb onion powder
- 1 tb onion (dried minced)
- 2 ts thyme (dried)
- 1 ts coarsely black pepper (ground)
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 ts allspice (ground)
- 1/2 ts salt
- 1/4 ts nutmeg (ground)
- 1/4 ts cinnamon (ground)
Note: Makes enough for 3 1/2 lb. cut up chicken, or 4 large chicken breast halves, skin removed.
