Ingredients
- 5 butterfinger candy (chopped)
- 2 egg whites
- 1 1/4 c chunky peanut butter
- 3/4 c sugar
- 5/8 c brown sugar packed
- 1 c all purpose flour
- 1/2 c butter softened
- 1 1/2 ts vanilla extract
- 1/2 ts baking soda
- 1/4 ts salt
In mixing bolw, cream butter and sugar. Add egg whites, beat well. Blend in peanut butter and vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda and salt. add to creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in chopped candy bars. Shaped in 1 1/2 inch balls and place on greased baking sheets. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes or til golden brown. Cool on rack.
