Ingredients
- 5 butterfinger candy (chopped)
- 2 egg whites
- 280 gr chunky peanut butter
- 150 gr sugar
- 150 gr brown sugar packed
- 130 gr all purpose flour
- 110 gr butter softened
- 7 gr vanilla extract
- 2 gr baking soda
- 1 gr salt
In mixing bolw, cream butter and sugar. Add egg whites, beat well. Blend in peanut butter and vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda and salt. add to creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in chopped candy bars. Shaped in 4 cm balls and place on greased baking sheets. Bake at 180ÂșC or 10-12 minutes or til golden brown. Cool on rack.
