Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds beef (ground)
- 1/2 cup rice (cooked)
- 1/4 cup green pepper (chopped)
- 1/4 cup onion (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
ds Pepper barbecue sauce 2/3 c Water 1/4 c Ketchup 3 tb Chili sauce 1 ts Worcestershire sauce 1/4 ts Dried basil Recipe by: Sue Klapper In a bowl, combine the first eight ingredients; mix well. Shape into four to six oval patties. Grill over hot coals until meat reaches desired doneeness, about 15 20 minutes. Combine all sauce ingredients in a saucepan; simmer for 15 minutes. Serve with burgers.
