Ingredients
- 700 gr beef (ground)
- 60 gr rice (cooked)
- 34 gr green pepper (chopped)
- 30 gr onion (chopped)
- 3 gr salt
- 2 gr parsley flakes
- 1 gr garlic powder
ds Pepper barbecue sauce two third c Water quarter c Ketchup 3 tb Chili sauce 1 ts Worcestershire sauce quarter ts Dried basil Recipe by: Sue Klapper In a bowl, combine the first eight ingredients; mix well. Shape into four to six oval patties. Grill over hot coals until meat reaches desired doneeness, about 15 20 minutes. Combine all sauce ingredients in a saucepan; simmer for 15 minutes. Serve with burgers.
