Ingredients
- 1 filling
- 1 c milk
- 1 c powdered sugar
- 1 3/4 c graham crackers (crushed)
- 8 oz softened creamed cheese
- 1/2 c melted butter
- 2 tb sugar
- 2 packages dessert topping mix
- 1 package cherry pie filling
Recipe by: Governor John Engler, Michigan Graham Crust: Mix together ingredients. Press into 8" x 12" loaf pan and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Filling: Mix creamed cheese and powdered sugar. In a separate bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients. Add this mixture to the creamed cheese mixture and pour into cooled graham cracker crust. Chill mixture for several hours. When firm, top with one can of cherry pie filling.JM. ----
