Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups vegetable juice cocktail
- 1 cup yogurt (plain)
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions: In a blender container, combine vegetable juice cocktail, yogurt, 4 tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper. Cover and blend at medium speed until smooth.
