Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 4 equal (pieces)
- 1 jelly roll with parchment paper (pan)
- 1/2 frost sides
- 1/4 egg mixture chocolate mixture (white into)
- 7/8 cup sugar
- 5/8 c sugar
- 1/2 cups whipping cream (cold)
- 3/8 cup cocoa
- 1/4 c boiling water
- 3/8 c blanched almonds (toasted)
- 2 tb butter
- 3 tablespoons hersheys cocoa
- 1 tb hersheys cocoa
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
- 1 ts vanilla extract
tablespoon vanilla extract; beat with cold beaters until stiff. About 3 cups whipped cream. * To toast almonds: Heat oven to 350 F. Spread 1/3 cup blanched slivered almonds in thin layer in shallow baking pan. Bake 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until light golden brown. Cool.
