- 5 zucchini
- 3 broccoli bunches
- 1 green onions
- 5/8 c water
- 5/8 cup salad oil (hot)
- 1 1/4 teaspoon salt until broccoli is coated with oil
- 1 t soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 t basil
lettuce-leaf-lined platter. Serve hot or refrigerate to serve cold later.
