- 9 pie crust
- 2 apples
- 2 cranberries
- 5/8 c sugar
- 3/8 c packed brown sugar
- 3/8 c pecans
- 3 tb butter
- 3 tb cornstarch
- 1 tb apple jelly
- 1/2 ts cinnamon
in a heavy saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly; stir in cranberries. Pour into pastry shell; sprinkle with pecans. Bake at 400 for 35 to 40 minutes or until set, covering edges with aluminum foil after 20 minutes. Cool on a wire ----
