- 9 pie crust
- 2 apples
- 2 cranberries
- 130 gr sugar
- 75 gr packed brown sugar
- 45 gr pecans
- 45 gr butter
- 24 gr cornstarch
- 16 gr apple jelly
- 1 gr cinnamon
in a heavy saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly; stir in cranberries. Pour into pastry shell; sprinkle with pecans. Bake at 200ÂșC or 35 to 40 minutes or until set, covering edges with aluminum foil after 20 minutes. Cool on a wire ----
