Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds sole fillet turbot
- 1/4 cup lime juice (fresh)
- 1 teaspoon dillweed
Preheat oven to 350F. Squeeze lime juice over fillets and marinate for at least 30 minutes in refrige rator. Grease a shallow baking pan with margarine. Place fillets in baking pan and sprinkle with dill, garlic, salt, and pepper. Bake for 5-10 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
