Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 salt
- 1/2 pickled jalapeno pepper
- 425 gr fish fillets
- 55 gr cilantro
- 32 gr almonds
- 30 ml lime juice
- 16 ml vegetable oil
- 4 gr thaw the fish fillets if (frozen)
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
- 1 slice onion
baking dish, arrange the fish fillets and sprinkle lightly with salt. top with the onion mixture. Sprinkle evenly with the cilantro, (or with parsley). Bake, covered, in a preheated 180ÂșC . oven for about 40 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
