Ingredients
- 2 turkey (pieces)
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 vermicelli
- 1 1/2 c stewed tomatos
- 1/2 c pineapple chunks
- 3/4 c onion
- 3 tb soy sauce
- 1/4 c raisins
- 3 tb corn oil
- 1/4 c celery
- 1/2 ts pepper (white)
Heat oil in a large, heavy skillet. Add onions & celery and saute'intil onions start to turn transluscent. Add turkey, raisins, tomatos, soy sauce & vermicelli. Stir well and cover. Cook for 5 minutes then add the raisins. Cook covered for 5 more minutes and serve.
