Ingredients
- 1 1/2 neat (ground)
- 1 egg
- 1 c breadcrumbs
- 8 oz tomato sauce
- 2 tb mustard
- 2 tb brown sugar
- 1 tb vinegar
- 1 1/2 ts salt
- 1/4 ts pepper
Mix meat, breadcrumbs, 1/2 tomato sauce, egg, salt & pepper. Shape into loaf. Combine remaining ingredients with 1/2 tomato sauce. Pour over meat. Bake at 350 degrees for 75 minutes. Mrs. Robert F. Lewis ----
