• 12 marshmallows
• 6 eggs
• 3 1/4 c confectioners sugar
• 1 c whipping cream
• 4 tablespoons cream (light)
• 5 tb flour
• 1/4 c pecans
• 1 oz unsweetened chocolate
• 5 tb cocoa
• 2 tb sugar
• 1 tb water
• 1 1/4 ts vanilla extract
• 1/2 ts salt
• 1/4 ts cream of tartar
