Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1/2 cup butter (unsalted)
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (fresh grated)
Put butter and cream in wide shallow serving bowl in warm (200 degree) oven. When butter has melted stir in 2/3 of the cheese. When pasta is al dente, toss with sauce, sprinkle with remaining cheese. Delicious. FROM: MONICA DEBIASE (PKFR67A)
