Ingredients
- 120 ml cream
- 65 gr butter (unsalted)
- 40 gr parmesan cheese (fresh grated)
Put butter and cream in wide shallow serving bowl in warm (200 degree) oven. When butter has melted stir in two third of the cheese. When pasta is al dente, toss with sauce, sprinkle with remaining cheese. Delicious. FROM: MONICA DEBIASE (PKFR67A)
