Ingredients
- 1 lb fish fillets
- 1 1/2 c mushrooms
- 1 tb dry sherry
- 1 tb soy sauce
- 1 tb oil
- 1 ds salt
- 1 slice onion
- 1 slice stack celery
Preheat skillet(non-stick) and saute onion in oil. Add mushrooms and saute about 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until mushrooms wilt. Spread half of fillet slices on mushrooms; sprinkle with salt and pepper; and remaining fillet; sprinkle these with salt and pepper.
