Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 peppermint extract
- 12 oz chocolate
- 1 1/2 c powdered sugar
- 1/2 c margarine
- 2 ts vanilla
Melt and cool chocolate. Cream together margarine, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add cooled chocolate and a few drops of mint to creamed mixture. Pack into 8 inch square pan. Cool and set and cut in squares.
