Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 peppermint extract
- 375 gr chocolate
- 300 gr powdered sugar
- 110 gr margarine
- 9 gr vanilla
Melt and cool chocolate. Cream together margarine, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add cooled chocolate and a few drops of mint to creamed mixture. Pack into 20 cm square pan. Cool and set and cut in squares.
