Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 2 c sifted cake flour
- 1 1/4 c sugar
- 3/8 c water
- 3/8 c salad oil
- 1/4 c squeezed grapefruit (fresh)
- 2 ts baking powder
- 1 tb grapefruit peel (fresh grated)
- 1/2 ts salt
- 1/4 ts cream of tartar
25-30 minutes. Leave in pans 10 minutes. Turn out onto wire rack to cool.
Frost.
