Ingredients
- 6 kohlrabi bulbs
- 1 onion (red)
- 1 delicious apple (red)
- 1/2 seedless grapes
- 1 c cabbage
- 1/4 c apple cider
- 1/2 c currants
- 2 ts olive oil
Combine the first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Lightly drizzle the oil & cider over the top. Gently toss & refrigerate for several hours to let the flavours mellow. Toss & serve.
