- 3 1/2 xanthan gum

- 1 1/2 c grate sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 c brown rice flour
- 1/4 c nonfat dry milk powder
- 2 tb butter
- 2 tb sugar
- 2 3/4 ts dry yeast (active)
- 1 ts salt
"This rich bread is flecked with grated cheese. If you're daring, try adding
