Ingredients
- 11 mandarin oranges
- 8 seedless grapes
- 2 egg
- 2 liquid
- 2 miniature marshmallows
- 1 acini di pepe
- 20 oz pineapple (crushed)
- 2 1/2 c whipping cream whipped
- 3 tb lemon juice from
- 1/4 c maraschino (finely chopped)
- 2 tb sugar
- 1 tb butter
- 1/4 ts salt
pineapple, oranges, grapes and marshmallows; mix well. Fold in egg mixture, then whipped cream. Cover; chill thoroughly. Stir gently before serving. Garnish with cherries. Refrigerate leftovers.
