Ingredients
- 11 mandarin oranges
- 8 seedless grapes
- 2 egg
- 2 liquid
- 2 miniature marshmallows
- 1 acini di pepe
- 600 gr pineapple (crushed)
- 600 ml whipping cream whipped
- 45 ml lemon juice from
- 34 gr maraschino (finely chopped)
- 26 gr sugar
- 14 gr butter
- 1 gr salt
pineapple, oranges, grapes and marshmallows; mix well. Fold in egg mixture, then whipped cream. Cover; chill thoroughly. Stir gently before serving. Garnish with cherries. Refrigerate leftovers.
