Ingredients
- 250 degree oven
- 10 four tortillas
- 10 skillet over heat about
- 1/2 tortilla
- 3/4 lb pork center loin (boneless)
- 1/2 c pineapple (chopped fresh)
- 1/2 c papaya (chopped fresh)
- 1/4 cup pork mixture onto
- 2 tb margarine
- 2 tablespoons cheese
about 10 minutes or until light golden brown. Repeat with remaining tacos. Serve with papaya salsa.
