Ingredients
- 24 hash browns
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup ham (diced)
- 1 cup swiss cheese (shredded)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Press hash browns into greased pie plate and brush with melted butter. Bake for 25 minutes in 425 degree oven. Layer ham and cheeses. Beat together 3 eggs, 1 1/2 cups of Half and Half and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Pour over quiche. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Recipe from "One Million Recipes CD" busted by Judy R.
