Ingredients
- 24 hash browns
- 3 eggs
- 230 gr ham (diced)
- 120 gr swiss cheese (shredded)
- 110 gr cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1 gr salt
Press hash browns into greased pie plate and brush with melted butter. Bake for 25 minutes in 425 degree oven. Layer ham and cheeses. Beat together 3 eggs, 1.5 cups of Half and Half and quarter teaspoon salt. Pour over quiche. Bake at 180ÂșC or 30-40 minutes. Recipe from "One Million Recipes CD" busted by Judy R.
