Ingredients
- 5 carrots
- 1 onion in chunks (cut)
- 1 clove
- 2 pounds stew beef
- 1/2 cup quick cooking tapioca
- 1/2 t clove salt pepper (ground)
- 3 slices celery stalks (sliced)
- 1 package tomatoes
Trim all fat from meat. Put all ingredients in crockpot. Mix thoroughly. Cover and cook on low for 12 hours.
