Ingredients
- 44 squares honey maid honey grahams
- 1 egg (slightly beaten)
- 1 powdered sugar glaze (optional)
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
1. Mix crumbs, sugar and baking powder in medium bowl.
2. Stir in milk, egg and honey just until moistened. Spoon batter into 9 greased 2 1/2-inch muffin-pan cups.
3. Bake at 400F for 15 to 18 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Let stand 5 minutes; remove from pan. Serve warm with powdered sugar glaze if desired.
