- 1 onion
- 340 g tomatoes (chopped fresh)
- 100 ml olive oil
Sea salt Black pepper Put the tomatoes in a saucepan with 500ml of cold water. Simmer for 30 minutes and add the vegetables, oil and seasoning Cook for 45 60 minutes until the vegetables are tender. Serve.
