- 8 lb pork shoulder
- 4 ts fennel seeds
- 4 ts oregano
- 2 ts salt
- 1 ts black pepper
- 1 ts garlic powder
Cut the pork into 1 1/2" cubes. Sprinkle combined seasoning on pork and toss to distribute. Grind. Shape sausage into patties.
