Ingredients
- 5 pressed garlic (cloves)
- 1/4 coarse black (ground)
- 5 lb coarse pork butt (ground)
- 1 c water (cold)
- 2 t paprika
- 1 3/8 t salt
- 1 3/8 t coriander (ground)
pper Add 2 tsp crushed red peppers for HOT sausage. Combine all ingredients, mix well and stuff into hog casing or make patties.
