Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/4 c equal parts corn liquid
- 1 1/4 c all purpose flour
- 3/8 c nonfat dry milk
- 2 tb baking powder
- 1 ts sugar
- 1/2 ts baking soda
- 1/2 ts salt
- 1 package kernel corn (whole)
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together. Bake on a greased, heated griddle. Not: For corn liquid, use water in which corn has been boiled, sweetened to taste with corn syrup; or use liquid from canned corn.
