Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 lemon flavoring
- 1 pt water
- 1 c milk
- 1 3/4 c flour
- 1 c sugar
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 dash salt
Mix and drop by the teaspoonfuls into deep fat. Fry until golden brown. Dressing (or sauce): Combine in a saucepan and cook until thick. Pour over the fritters.
