Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 lemon flavoring
- 475 ml water
- 240 ml milk
- 220 gr flour
- 200 gr sugar
- 16 gr flour
- 14 gr butter
- 9 gr baking powder
- 1 gr salt
Mix and drop by the teaspoonfuls into deep fat. Fry until golden brown. Dressing (or sauce): Combine in a saucepan and cook until thick. Pour over the fritters.
