Ingredients
- 9 unbaked pie shell
- 2 eggs
- 16 oz libbys pack (solid)
- 13 fl oz fl evaporated milk
- 3/4 c sugar
- 1 t cinnamon (ground)
- 1/2 ts salt
- 1/2 ts ginger (ground)
1>. Preheat oven to 425�F. Mix filling ingredients in order given. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 425�F for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350�F and continue baking for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted into center of pie filling comes out clean. Cool. Top with whipped cream.
