Ingredients
- 24 muffing pans with paper place a spoonful of batter in the bottom
- 4 eggs
- 1 c melted butter
- 1 c sugar
- 1 c gooseberry jam
- 1 1/2 c all purpose flour
- 1 ts lemon juice
- 1 ts vanilla
- 1/4 ts salt
These are good as a sweet dessert anytime or to pack in lunch boxes.
