Ingredients
- 3 cup milk
 - 1 pound fettuccine
 - 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
 - 1/4 cup all purpose flour
 - 1 tablespoon butter
 - 1 teaspoon salt
 - 1/2 teaspoon pepper
 - 1 pinch nutmeg
 
Melt butter. Add flour; cook, stirring, 1 minute. Whisk in milk, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Bring to boil, whisking; reduce and simmer, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. Toss with cheese and cooked pasta.
