Ingredients
- 700 ml milk
- 200 gr fettuccine
- 60 gr parmesan cheese
- 32 gr all purpose flour
- 14 gr butter
- 3 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
- 1 gr nutmeg
Melt butter. Add flour; cook, stirring, 1 minute. Whisk in milk, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Bring to boil, whisking; reduce and simmer, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. Toss with cheese and cooked pasta.
