- 4 ripe mangoes
- 1 molds
- 1/2 but still creamy (frozen)
- 1 1/2 c whipping cream
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/2 cups puree
- 3 tb water
- 1 tb unflavoured gelatin
- 1 tb lemon juice
