Ingredients
- 400 degree oven about
- 12 enchiladas
- 8 cascabel chilies
- 4 garlic (cloves)
- 1 tomato (roasted peeled)
- 1 salt to (taste)
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin (ground)
- some fry chilies in a little of the oil
