- 1/2 sour cream-chili mixture
- 1/2 at a time
- 900 gr beef (ground)
- 475 ml dairy sour cream
- 350 gr seasoned rice (cooked)
- 230 gr onion (sliced)
- 150 gr corn chips (crushed)
- 120 ml milk
- 120 gr monterey jack cheese
- 120 gr rice (cooked)
- 65 gr ripe olives (sliced)
- 65 gr green chilies (chopped)
- 60 gr cheese
- 20 gr parmesan cheese (grated)
- 18 gr rounded meat mixture
- 9 gr butter
- 9 gr salt
- 7 gr unbleached flour
- 6 gr flour
- 3 gr chili powder
- 3 gr sal cover
- 1 gr powdered cumin
Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees F.) for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and top with meatballs and sauce. Continue baking for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
