Ingredients
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1 lipton onion soup mix unpre
- 2 lb beef (ground)
- 1/4 c ketchup
- 1/2 c onion (chopped)
- 1/4 c worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c italian bread crumbs
- 1 tb parsley flakes
Recipe by: Vicki Schlining -Ellicott City, Maryland onion, bread crumbs, beaten eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, soup mix and seasonings. Press mixture into a 9x5" lo pan or 9" pie plate. Cover tightly with tin foil and bake at 350 F for abo an hour, uncovering during the last 20 minutes of baking time. Let meat loa stand for 10 minutes before serving.
