Ingredients
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 4 cups summer squash cubed
- 1 pound bulk pork sausage (cooked)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1/4 cup green pepper (chopped)
- 1/4 cup onions (chopped)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Place squash and a small amount of water in a large saucepan; cover and cook for 8-10 minutes or until tender. Drain. Add all remaining ingredients; mix well. Transfer to a greased 11-inch x 7-inch x 2-inch baking dish. Bake , uncovered, at 325' for 30-35 minutes
