Ingredients
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 500 gr summer squash cubed
- 260 gr bulk pork sausage (cooked)
- 120 ml milk
- 110 gr dry bread crumbs
- 40 gr parmesan cheese (grated)
- 34 gr green pepper (chopped)
- 30 gr onions (chopped)
- 1 gr salt
Place squash and a small amount of water in a large saucepan; cover and cook for 8-10 minutes or until tender. Drain. Add all remaining ingredients; mix well. Transfer to a greased 28 cm x 18 cm x 5 cm baking dish. Bake , uncovered, at 325' for 30-35 minutes
