Ingredients
- 2 instant coffe powder
- 2 c pecans (finely chopped)
- 1 c butter softened
- 1 3/4 c flour
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/4 c cocoa
- 2 ts vanilla
- 1/2 ts salt
Oven 325~. Cream butter, sugar, and vanilla until light. Add next four ingredients. Mix well. Add nuts. Shape in 1" balls on ungreased sheets.
Bake at 325~ for about 17 to 20 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar while warm. Store in tin box between layers of wax paper.
