Ingredients
- 2 instant coffe powder
- 270 gr pecans (finely chopped)
- 230 gr butter softened
- 220 gr flour
- 100 gr sugar
- 22 gr cocoa
- 9 gr vanilla
- 1 gr salt
Oven 160ºC Cream butter, sugar, and vanilla until light. Add next four ingredients. Mix well. Add nuts. Shape in 3 cm balls on ungreased sheets.
Bake at 160ºC for about 17 to 20 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar while warm. Store in tin box between layers of wax paper.
