Ingredients

- 3 loafpans
- 2 eggs
- 2 greased
- 1/2 a loaf (into)
- 7 1/2 c all purpose flour
- 4 cups flour
- 1 1/2 c warm water
- 1 c warm mashed potatoes
- 5/8 c sugar
- 5/8 c shortening
- 1 1/2 ts salt
- 1 package dry yeast
desired. Place in greased pans. Cover and let rise in a warm place, free from drafts, until doubled in bulk. Bake at 400~ for 10 to 15 minutes. Yield 2 dozen.
